Every meaningful design project deserves the time and effort to get it right. The £600 minimum engagement fee ensures there’s enough scope to create impactful, high-quality work, whether that’s a complete website, polished app screens, or a branding package.

What is a section?

A section is a complete design element, such as a hero, features, or testimonials. For example, a website typically needs at least 6 sections to provide a meaningful experience.

What if I need more sections?

Add as many sections as you like! Each additional section is just £100, giving you full flexibility based on your needs.

What about ongoing support costs?

Ongoing support is based on the amount of live work you need assistance with. I also offer tutorials so you can edit content yourself and save on future support costs.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital work, refunds for completed work cannot be issued. Just because you haven’t received the final files doesn’t mean the work hasn’t been done on my side. If a refund is necessary, I’ll send all content generated up to that point along with remaining funds for any incomplete work.

What’s included in the £100 per section?

The cost covers my design skill, expertise, and time. Additional expenses like hosting, domain registration, or third-party tools are the responsibility of the business owner. I can explain any miscellaneous costs related to your specific project.

How long does it take to complete a project?

Most projects are delivered within 1–2 weeks, depending on complexity. We’ll agree on timelines before we begin.
